BMW 4 Series Coupe, First Name

Direct descendant of the BMW 4 Series Coupe Concept, the new 4 Series Coupe changes name to come and replace the 3 Series Coupe.

Here's one that was announced at the Detroit show in January by the concept of the same name. You can not really say that this new 4 Series Coupe is a surprise, taking every feature the prototype from which it derives and already seen without camouflage in March during an advertising shoot.

Yet it is here about a new name for BMW, designating the cut based on 3 Series Sedan, the even numbers are now devolved to cut crossovers, coupes and convertibles. We'll have to get used to it. But a closer look to see if replacing the current 3 Series Coupé wins the exchange.

Wider and with a longer wheelbase than the latter, it has a slimmer line. The impression is confirmed with a strong line of elusiveness on the checkout line, as she dug through the air splits.
