Yes, there are four other models in this set, but you don't care if we write about them or not, do you? You don't? Ok, good, because we really have nothing to say about them. At least we took some photos of them.
Actually, we have little to say about the Ecto-1 as well, but we know many of you would like to take a look at some closeup photos. The Ecto-1 is a perfect choice for a Halloween model, and clearly Mattel agrees, as this is the second time it has appeared as a Halloween exclusive.
The first time was in 2012, and it make an excellent pair with the purple Batmobile:
The Ecto-1 was taken over by Slimer for Halloween, and the result was fantastic. This year's isn't on par, but it does look nice, and like the 2012 version carries a fantastic hood design:
There are only so many uses you can get out of a model like this, but Hot Wheels seems to be finding more and more ways. For you Ecto collectors, we are sure that is a good thing...
