It may not be earth-shattering news, but it is news.
The 2014 COPO Camaro, which debuted in the Hot Wheels mainline last year, returns in 2015 as part of Batch C, and it is sporting something new. See if you can catch it:

Now you see it? Yes, the front wheel is a 5-spoke like we have seen many times before, but now comes in a drag wheel style. We have no idea what you call the front wheels of a dragster, but we know they are thin. Maybe Hot Wheels finally agreed with most collectors that the standard drag wheel is a...uh...total drag, and gave it a better looking rim. It still looks odd from a few angles, but from a side angle it looks nice.
So yes, a new wheel. But no, nothing that significant. Hot Wheels would benefit from a few more mainline wheel choices, and maybe we will see some. This is a start...
