Surprise! The Nissan 180SX, Toyota Super TH, Ford Escort, and the rest of Hot Wheels Batch Q is now out at Wheel Collectors...

For many of you, this is good news.  The much-anticipated Hot Wheels Nissan 180SX is finally here.

Others of you might be rolling your eyes at the hype.

One way or the other, there is a lot to like in Hot Wheels 2015 Batch Q, and all is now out at Wheel Collectors.  Around here it starts with the Nissan, but the other star might be the Toyota Off-Road Super TH.  It is a casting I haven't paid too much attention to, but with that livery plus Toyota Racing colors, it is a must-have.  Another is the white Escort, which I might - MIGHT! - prefer to the blue.

There are many others in the final batch of 2015, and you can see - and purchase - them all here:

Kyosho Lamborghini Minicar Collection 6 is now out and available at Japan Booster...

For you collectors new to Kyosho, this is great news.

Japan Booster just received their stock of the latest set from Kyosho, and it is Lamborghini:

This is a most welcome sight, not only because these are Lamborghinis, but because the last Lambo set from Kyosho went terribly wrong.

In the last set, for some reason, the quality was terrible, the actual models seems out of proportion, and collectors were not happy.  Since then, Kyosho has returned to their normal high standard, especially in the Bentley, Skyline, and VW sets, and this new Lambo set is no exception.

Many of the castings have been released before, but these are sitting on new wheels with new colors, and they look fantastic.  I hope to have a few to showcase shortly.

In the meantime, head over to Japan Booster and grab what you want while you can.  The models are always cheapest at the beginning, and if you spend $50 or more the shipping is, as always, free.  There is no better deal than that.  You can find all the models here:

Finally! The Hot Wheels E Case Zamacs are arriving at Walmart...

A quick heads up for our readers...

It looks like the long lost Hot Wheels E Case Zamacs are finally appearing:

Lamley reader Jamph Phillips sent us this pic from one of his local Walmarts in the Northwest US.  It is nice to finally see them.

If you remember, earlier this year, a strike at the Los Angeles port threw a ton of things off, including Mattel's toy distribution.  The E cases in particular sat on the docks, and by the time things were resolved, Walmart had already moved on to the next order.  I was assured by my contacts at Mattel that they would appear later, and it appears now is the time.

So, if you are like me, there is a 3-car gap in your Zamac collection that you can now fill.  Hopefully. We assume these will appear everywhere, but being an older batch it could be sporadic.  There is always eBay...

Let us know if you find them...

'71 Toyota Crown Wagon, '68 Nissan Skyline, and the August batch of Tomica Limited Vintage are now available at Japan Booster...

Quite simply, I have never been more excited for a Tomica Limited Vintage batch, and I am so glad it is finally out.

And it has every thing to do with the 1971 Toyota Crown Custom Wagon.  Since it was announced earlier this year, the Crown Wagon has been at the very top of my list.  First, because it is a wagon.  Second, because the kujira Crown is, to me, one of the coolest looking cars on the planet.

I first laid eyes on one at JDM Legends, and have been in love ever since.  It is a land yacht with pure Japanese style, from the panel tail lights to the eyebrow wearing headlights.  Everything about it is cool.  Ever since it has been #1 on my list for Tomica Limited Vintage, so I was understandably excited to see it actually come to fruition.

And now I can finally add it to the collection.  And while all my attention is focused on the Crown, there are two fantastic 4dr Hakosuka Skylines, another Seibu Keisatsu Police car, and a racing Toyota Sports 800.  This is easily one of the best batches TLV has released.

And all the models are now available at Japan Booster.  And this is the time to get them, while they are at their cheapest price.  And as always, you can get FREE SHIPPING with orders over $50.  You can grab what you want here:

TLV Nissan Skyline 1500 at Japan Booster

TLV Toyota Sports 800 at Japan Booster

I cannot wait to get these in hand.  You can bet I will be giving these full coverage here on the blog.  But don't wait for me to feature them.  I highly suggest grabbing them now...

Anyone else as excited as I am?

Just Released: Kyosho Volkswagen Collection 2...

So what is the coolest VW?

The Beetle is almost too iconic.  The Bus/Samba/Transporter/Kombi is almost too cool.  It could very well be the Ghia.  I actually think it is the Golf, old and new.

And that is why I am very excited about the latest from Kyosho, VW Collection 2.  Kyosho has put together an array of models, many classic, and thankfully they have gone heavy on the Golfs.

Japan Booster let us know that they have them in store, and are trying to relist them as soon as they sell out, and that is proving to be very fast.  Nonetheless, it worth grabbing the models you want now to get them at a good price.  You can find them all at the Japan Booster store:

Many of these castings have been done before, but I don't know how this current set could be beat looks-wise.  Some of our faves:

See what we said about the Golfs?  The GTi could be to hatches what the 510 has been to wagons, and here are two beautiful replicas, each in three colors.

We should have these soon, and will most surely showcase them.  Any you want to see first?  Check out the listings and let us know...

The brand new Hot Wheels Heritage series and the latest Retro Entertainment models are now out at Wheel Collectors...

Another heads up for everyone.

Wheel Collectors spent yesterday sifting through a massive delivery of pallets yesterday, and now have listed a bunch of highly anticipated Hot Wheels.

First up is the much ballyhooed Heritage line.  If you remember, each batch will alternate between Real Riders and Redlines, and the first Real Rider batch is now out.  Fanboys will go bonkers for the two Datsuns, and of course we will add both to the collection (the Bonneville Salt Flats-ready 240Z being the highlight), but the real treat is the Chevy Greenbrier Wagon.  We are always game to a new van, especially a classic like the Greenbrier, racing style or not.  You can find the batch here:

Hot Wheels Heritage Batch A

Next is the next batch of Retro Entertainment.  Some fantastic models here as well, but it is all about the two pickups, the Friday Night Lights '83 Silverado with a wonderfully stock deco, and the Ford F-250 from Close Encounters of the Third Kind, ready to take on any task in its wonderfully simple livery (and on steelies to boot!).  The Silverado is especially a must-have, as it will sit beautifully next to the RLC version coming out soon.  All the Retro models can be found here:
