BORCHELT AND SCHLOSSER JOIN BISMARCK MOTOR COMPANY SALES STAFF

Bismarck Motor Companyhas added two new members to its sales and leasing staff. Jessica Borchelt and Brock Schlosser started at the dealership in March, respectively. 

Borchelt is a Bismarck native and brings over nine years of customer service experience to the dealership. She enjoys being outdoors, reading and spending time with friends and family including her boyfriend and five-year old son. 

Schlosser, is originally from Minot. In his free time, Schlosser enjoys golfing and biking.

Employee Briefs: Kupper Chevrolet-Subaru Auto Body & Glass Announces New Role for Employee

Kupper Automotive announced a new staff role at Kupper Chevrolet-Subaru Auto Body & Glass. Jeff Simpfenderfer, previous Body Shop Estimator, has been named Body Shop Manager.

An employee since 2013, Jeff enjoys playing and singing in a local band, working in the yard, outdoor activities, motorcycling and snowmobiling, astronomy and traveling.

In his new position, Simpfenderfer is excited to be leading a team of great people to achieve new goals and provide outstanding service to our community through hard work, honesty and integrity. 


Schneider Joins Sales Management Staff at Bismarck Motor Company

Jason Schneider recently joined Bismarck Motor Company as sales manager.

Schneider, a Bismarck native and graduate of Century High School and University of Mary, brings eight years of automotive experience to Bismarck Motor Company. Previous to working in automotive, Schneider spent nine years in the banking and finance industry.

“I’m excited to contribute to the successful and growing team at Bismarck Motor Company,” Schneider states. “Also, it is extremely rewarding being part of a business that gives back to the community as much as Kupper Automotive does.”

In his free time, Schneider enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, enjoying summers pontooning and playing golf.

Employee Briefs: Kupper Automotive Announces New Roles for Employees

Kupper Automotive announced new staff roles at Kupper Subaru and Bismarck Motor Company. Steven Diffely, previous Subaru service manager, has been added as service manager for Honda, Nissan, Hyundai and Volkswagen service departments at Bismarck Motor Company. Jerry Coutts, previous Subaru service assistant, has been named service manager at Kupper Subaru.

Diffely, an employee since 2002, enjoys spending time with his family, camping, target shooting, fishing and hunting. In his new position, Diffely is most looking forward to helping grow new employees, meeting new guests, carry on the ‘Kupper’ way of business and learn more about the four import franchises Bismarck Motor Company carries.


Coutts, originally from California, has also been employed at Kupper since 2002. His hobbies include camping, skiing, boating and performance cars. Coutts is looking forward to the new challenges that come with his new position at the Subarudealership.

Meet the Team - Tabbert and Watson join Bismarck Motor Company

Bismarck Motor Companyhas added two new members to its sales and leasing staff. Chad Tabbert and Nathan Watson started at the dealership in December, respectively.

Tabbert,  a native of Wis., recently relocated to Bismarck , N.D. His previous employment includes working for a Rydell sister dealership in Rhinelander, Wis. Tabbert enjoys physical fitness, snowmobiling, hunting and fishing.

Watson, originally from Sturgis, S.D., is a University of Mary graduate. He received a bachelor’s degree in business and finance/accounting and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business. In his free time, Watson enjoys playing multiple sports, boating and home improvement projects.

Lingen to Retire/Rambur Promoted

MANDAN, N.D. David Lingen, Kupper Chevrolet new car sales manager, will retire at the end of 2013 after 33 years with the dealership. Lingen started with the dealership when it was named Gandrud Chevrolet in 1980. He worked as sales consultant until he was promoted to new car manager in 1985.
Justin Rambur
Justin Rambur, former business manager has been promoted to new car manager. As new car manager, Rambur will control new Chevrolet inventory and manage day to day sales processes. His future goals are to develop ongoing sales training to improve guest experiences.

Active in the community, Rambur is a Junior Achievement volunteer and the co-chair of the dealership developmental committee. He is married and has two young children, Kadence and Jaxson.
